Job Description
The Cookoovaya restaurant, included for the last seven years in the list of recommended restaurants of the Michelin guide, is looking for partners for its store in Antiparos. The chef - owner Periklis Koskinas, cooks with moderation and abstraction, with fresh local products and centering on simplicity and balance.
Necessary qualifications:
- Culinary school degree
- Two years experience in similar restaurants or 5-star hotels
- Basic knowledge of slicing and cutting fish
- Team spirit, professionalism, adaptability, flexibility
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the department's health and safety regulations
- Creating a harmonious environment among the staff
- Ensuring uninterrupted service with the main concern being the quality of the food
