LEGAL ADVISOR

We are expanding our team and we are looking for a Senior Legal Advisor for the Legal Department willing to join our team and actively support us in the good organization and functioning of the activity. The activity involves support in approving credit documentation from a legal point of view, according to the legislation and procedures in force. Role Responsibilities Check and validate the legal status of client representation in relation to Agricover, by checking the Articles of Association and the information found in Recom On-Line; Request from the commercial team to provide the documents found to be missing at file (Articles of incorporation; Certificates of registration at the Trade Register, as well as the Mentions/Resolutions issued by the Trade Register; Powers of Attorney) and archives these documents in electronic format; Prepares the necessary documentation for issuing various addresses, notifications, responses; Participates in the drafting of various documents: agreement cancellation of mortgages, asset alienation agreement, surface agreement, building construction agreement, refinancing agreements, etc.; Legally validates the approved decisions regarding the signatories of the Applicant/Trustee AGM Resolution; general; Proposes changes to the standardized documentation used in the lending activity; Identifies and signals the decision-making factors with the possible risks attached to legal transactions.
