Contract Manager - construction, Bucharest

Job description Support Project Managers in all contractual/commercial issues, being responsible for verifying compliance with contractual terms and conditions, throughout the duration of the contracts between the company and the beneficiaries. Main responsibilities: Keeps contract documentation permanently updated and ensures periodic review, follows the rights And contractual obligations; identifies opportunities and threats in contracts. Evaluates contractual details, prepares and drafts notices of claim, analyzes proposed variation orders with payment justifications, formulates responses to complaints, after case. Develops change proposals related to additional work or optimizations brought to the project. Collaborates with the Planner and Project Management for time impact analysis and manages the analysis of delays from a contractual point of view for the preparation of claims and the contract management strategy. Constantly informs the Project Management about the status of contracts, including to potential variations/complaints/breach of contract. Provides practical contractual assistance to project teams to resolve day-to-day issues and assists project managers in their relationships with partner contractual management. Provides an easy-to-understand contractual view of aspects of the company's commitments to beneficiaries, partners And the main suppliers. Contributes to the company's decision-making process regarding the initiation of disputes and/or litigation. Raises any issue that requires legal advice to the attention of a legal consultant. to beneficiaries, consultants, subcontractors, providers and/or suppliers, as required by Project Management. Ensures that all official correspondence is reviewed for compliance/contractual implications.
