As a cook (night shifts) you will… Prepare food following recipe cards as well as following production, portion and presentation standards. Complete mise en place and set up stations. Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner. Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers. Entry requirements Excellent command of the Greek or English language Be a team player and a great communicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments. Be informed about other cultures and dairy restrictions.
