Head of food production RU/RO

What you will do: You will take care of making the production more efficient and better organized. You will coordinate the activity of the kitchen team so that everything goes smoothly. You will make sure that our products come out exactly the way the customers love them - tasty and of high quality! You will come up with new ideas and help the team to become even more good. You will handle orders for raw materials, check their quality and liaise with suppliers. You will supervise the cooking process and make sure that norms and hygiene rules are respected. You will organize the team's schedule and make sure that everyone knows what they have to do. You will check the finished products, make sure that everything is perfect And you will solve the small problems that may arise. You will record the consumption of raw materials and make reports on the production activity. You will take care of collaborating with external companies (for example, cleaning or vegetable processing). You will participate in inventories and take care of the necessary documents to compensate for possible losses. And other important details. You will make sure that everyone respects the rules of safety, hygiene and discipline at the workplace. And, of course, you will contribute to increasing the professionalism of the team.
