Resource Manager (HVDC) Duties As a Resource Manager, you are responsible for the assignment and coordination of on-site project managers, installation managers and technical consultants. You will coordinate the staffing, training, onboarding process, identify resource needs and ensure that resources are used effectively in our global project construction sites. You participate in strategic planning and decision-making related to resource distribution, in cooperation with project management and HUB managers. You regularly present the achieved goals to the top management of the Erection and Commissioning organization. You act as a manager of part of the on-site team, you support them, and you regularly give feedback on their performance. Requirements Relevant experience in a similar role preferably in the energy sector (power plant or transmission projects). Experience in working on international industrial construction sites. Openness to travel worldwide to support and train delegated staff. Knowledge of project management methodology and tools. Open thinking, decisive action, good decision-making skills Confident knowledge of English and German is essential for filling the position.
