Process Development Coordinator

Our partner in the Komárom-Esztergom county is looking for a Process Development Coordinator in the food industry, who would contribute to the development of the company by implementing Lean projects.
Your duties in the new position:
Implementation of lean developments
Development of processes with a lean approach
Management of Lean projects in production
Holding workshops, trainings and educations
Active participation in continuous development
Change management for new processes
What you need to succeed:
Higher education (technical education is an advantage)
2 years of experience in production
Comprehensive knowledge of Lean tools
Intermediate English language skills
Good communication and problem solving skills
