Manager / Team Leader with ISCIR-Logistica

Responsibilities: Coordinating the activity of the warehouse on the project where it is assigned; Coordinating the activity of subordinate employees: stackers, managers and handlers; Preparing orders according to the protocol agreed with clients. Participating in periodic inventories or those requested by clients; Ensuring work standards as well as methods for achieving results that are understood and applied by the operational teams; Supporting the management regarding the management of the warehouse activity by analyzing operations based on operational KPIs; Creation of information to external customers about planned, ongoing or executed initiatives; Taking warehouse management decisions in the absence of the Warehouse Manager; Organizing the activity within the warehouse from the point of view of the logistical flow of materials and economic performance; Record/control over all accompanying documents of the goods entering/leaving management; Achieving the objectives related to the delivery of orders, the accuracy of deliveries, inventory accuracy, issuing reports, delivery times.
