Production Engineer

Client Description: Adecco Human Resources is recruiting a Production Engineer for one of its clients, a producer and distributor of adhesives and sealants for the construction, industrial and consumer markets. Responsibilities: - Realization of production volumes according to the plans established within the department; - Ensures compliance with instructions, procedures and quality standards and ISO systems, as well as OSH measures, PSI & SU legislative provisions and environmental protection;- Responsible for the quality of the finished products, as well as the semi-finished products made and takes measures to remove defects and non-conformities;- Ensures that the technological processes and activities of the Production department are aligned with company standards;- Coordination and supervision of the entire team at the level of the Production department - process operators;- Ensuring effective communication within the team and with other teams and departments in the company;- Administration, development and the organization of the subordinate staff are in accordance with the company's standards, and the performance management process is applied at the team level; - Promoting continuous improvement through the implementation of the company's practices and processes. Candidate Profiles: - Higher technical studies - solid knowledge in the mechanical field is an advantage; - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the technical field and team coordination (manager, supervisor, team leader); - Understanding the technology of the installations and equipment in the production department, as well as their operation and repair; - Planning and organization skills; - Interpersonal and communication skills; - People management skills; - Analytical skills; - Intermediate English skills; - Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
