Product testing and control engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Performing quality tests for electronic products at the end of the production process

• Monitoring and testing support during the production process

• Analysis of production results and KA testing

• Regular review of production processes and the desire to make suggestions for improvements (in execution time and process costs, better quality, less waste and waste, easier operations for operators, better sequencing of tasks) also known as "Kaizen"

• Testing of products with quality problems

• Writing reports on quality problems (8D reports)

• Support for product development testing (in specific cases due to a larger amount of samples or specific test equipment)

• Understanding of device security testing

• Understanding performance and stress testing

• Understanding of compliance and certification

• Support in the development of production equipment

• Support for the use of measuring equipment in the production process

• Support in defining and implementing KA processes in production (Lean, Kaizen)

• Support for creating and maintaining production instructions

• Support for documentation and maintenance of production equipment

Support for maintenance of measuring equipment in production (records, regular calibration, accuracy, reliability, etc.)

• Defining and analyzing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) of factory operations

• Analysis of the production process and proposing improvements in execution time and process costs

• JP (production engineering) activities:

o Understanding new product testing requirements and translating them into clear assembly instructions for operators

o Understanding new product calibration adjustment requirements and translating them into clear setup instructions for operators

o Understanding new product assembly requirements and translating them into clear assembly instructions for operators

o Providing research and development feedback to improve product design with the goal of improving plant efficiency

o Understanding functional testing
