Job Description
Leda Village Resort in Pelion is looking for candidates for the position:
1st COOK For the 2025 summer season
DUTIES
● Production, preparation and preparation of large volumes of food for
restaurant buffet or ala carte.
● Management of food supply and storage. Insurance
compliance with food management and hygiene standards.
● Participate in the creation of new recipes and menus.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
● Graduate of Culinary School (Greece or abroad).
● Minimum experience of 3-4 years in the specific position.
● Knowledge of the English language.
● Ability to deliver high quality results, at a fast pace and
luxurious environment with a customer-centric attitude.
● Collaborative with chef and subordinates.
● A recent photo is required.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
● Knowledge of kitchen organization, orders and inventories.
