Maintenance manager

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for our partner company in Sopron.
Management of the entire maintenance activities of the production areas
Effective coordination of the work of the maintenance department (engineers, team leaders, electrical and mechanical maintainers)
Analyzing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic problems, eliminating causes of shutdowns, preventing unexpected breakdowns
Ensuring the continuous operability and availability of production equipment
Development and implementation of maintenance and machine development plans in terms of costs, equipment requirements and time schedule
Determination, organization and control of preventive and corrective maintenance measures
Active participation in the compilation of specifications for new equipment, in the installation of new production equipment
Managing the work of external maintenance subcontractors
Training of employees, compilation of further training needs, performance evaluations, documentation
