Job Description
We are looking for a person with business experience in the field of customer service for the position of Coordinator in Zagreb (m/f).
The ideal candidate approaches work with a high degree of seriousness, pays attention to details and is ready to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills. Considering the nature of the job, which requires engagement of up to 4 hours a day or as needed, we offer the possibility of cooperation in the status of an external associate or permanent employment.

The position is diverse and covers a wide range of activities.
Detailed description of work tasks:
Administrative tasks:
• Planning and coordination of administrative and organizational activities within the organization.
• Participation in workshops, conferences and other relevant events as needed.
• Creation and monitoring of budgets and preparation of financial and reports.
• Monitoring of card billing of services to clients.
• Ensuring effective implementation through operational and strategic activities.
• Archiving of documentation in electronic and physical archives.
• Occasional trips to the bank, post office and accounting.
• Creation of travel orders/loco rides.
• Creation of certificates of participation, education and the like.
• Preparation and delivery of the necessary documentation to the accounting department.
• Maintaining and updating internal records and databases to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
Communication with users:
• Providing information and support to potential and existing users by e-mail, phone or in person, responding to their inquiries and needs.
Preparation and organization of trainings:
• Planning and coordination of educational programs, including logistical aspects such as space reservation, preparation of materials and coordination with educators.
• Organization of additional activities such as workshops, seminars or other events related to education.
Promotion on digital platforms:
• Cooperation with the marketing team on the promotion of educational programs and activities on digital platforms.
