As a Leasing Manager, your responsibilities will include: Identify and evaluate potential retail locations in line with company standards. Conduct market and location analysis. Negotiate lease agreements and maintain relationships with landlords, real estate agencies, and construction companies. Analyze competitors and prepare market strategy reports. Develop comprehensive business plans covering market conditions, location requirements, space configurations, and financial and legal terms. Collaborate with internal departments such as Technical and Legal. Assess the technical feasibility of potential sites. Coordinate with the headquarters team to align expansion strategies. The ideal candidate for the position of the Leasing Manager will be expected to possess the following: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in retail, especially in the fashion sector, is a plus. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Strong PC skills (MS Office) and familiarity with relevant applications. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. High level of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
