Purpose
:
Prepare and manage food for customers using a quality predetermined method in a valid and consistent manner.
Practice hygiene and safety daily to ensure overall customer satisfaction
Knowledge of standard food procedures and policies
preparation, receipt, storage and hygiene.
Knowledge of Greek / Mediterranean cuisine
Knowledge of international snack trends / Vegan
Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner outlets
Minimum Qualifications / Education / Experience / Training / Knowledge
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience:
3 years of experience in high-end hotels / restaurants (5* Hotels)
Candidate Profile:
Proactive, able to work efficiently under pressure, to make decisions and come up with effective solutions
Hands-on approach, flexible, with a positive attitude
