Necessary conditions and qualifications:

• IV degree of vocational education - major related to construction or craft works, but not mandatory;
•Additional training or courses related to specific types of floors (sports, decorative, industrial) are an advantage;
•Knowledge of work techniques, materials and tools specific to different types of floors (epoxy, polyurethane, cement polyurethane, etc.);
•Knowledge of proper procedures for laying floors on sports facilities, industrial premises and for decorative purposes;
• Previous experience in the same / similar positions for at least 2 years;
• Category B driver's license.

Main Responsibilities:

• Installation of sports, decorative and industrial floors according to specifications and projects;
• Proper preparation of the substrate (sanding, milling and shot blasting);
• Correct repair / reprofiling of the substrate;
• Proper installation of floor coverings made of different materials such as epoxy, polyurethane and cement polyurethane;
• Correction of errors and defects, if they are noticed during or after the completion of the installation of the floors;
•Efficient use of specialized tools, machines and equipment for laying floors;
•Maintenance and proper handling of tools and machines, as well as taking care of work safety;
• Work in cooperation with other craftsmen and engineers to ensure the quality completion of the project;
•Communication with project managers regarding the progress of works, required materials and resources;
• Reporting on the status of works and proposals for possible changes or improvements in the process;
• Adherence to all safety procedures and standards when working with machines, tools and materials;
• Wearing appropriate protective equipment (such as safety glasses, gloves, ear protection and footwear);
•Monitoring the condition and stock of materials, as well as ordering the necessary materials on time to ensure smooth operation;

Candidate profile:

•Responsible, detailed and physically fit person with experience in working with different types of floor coverings;
• The candidate should be able to recognize and quickly solve technical or work problems during the installation of floors, as well as cooperate with teams to ensure quality performance of works;
• Ability to quickly acquire new information and skills, with flexibility in adapting and applying acquired knowledge
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve small but key items that may affect the quality or efficiency of work;
•Ability to work in teams and independently;
•Knowledge of technical drawings and installation instructions;
• Willingness to travel and work in different conditions;
• Responsibility and commitment to quality;
