Sales Operational Manager

The role is part of the group's Sales team and reports directly to the National Sales Director. It is a strategic position within the company and that is why we want a leader who can operate effectively in a dynamic and constantly changing market, willing to develop and implement best practices in the field together with the Diana team, our clients and partners. Responsibilities: Analyzing, understanding and improving the customer experience and client-level performance indicators. Building, validating and monitoring the Sales Forecast exercise. Preparation of periodic sales reports and their presentation to the Company's Leadership team. Implementation and monitoring of sales strategies at the level of each Sales Channel and Business Line of the Group. Planning, execution and monitoring of sales campaigns of the Group. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and strategic partners. Support in defining and achieving sales objectives. Monitoring and analyzing the sales team's performance to identify and implement improvement solutions
