Job Description: H Hotels Collection Group is looking for a talented and creative Pastry Chef A & B to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of high quality desserts and pastries, ensuring adherence to the standards of taste, quality and aesthetics that characterize our services. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring proper storage and management of raw materials. Preparation and decoration of cakes, pastries and desserts according to the instructions of the Pastry Chef. Participation in the creation of new recipes and confectionery menus. Application of innovative confectionery techniques to continuously improve the quality and presentation of sweets. Observance of hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen area. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the equipment and the work area. Cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team for the smooth operation of the department. Qualifications: Degree in Pastry or related field. Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in a hotel environment. Creativity and attention to detail. Knowledge of modern confectionery techniques. Skills and experience: Professionalism and responsibility. Team spirit and willingness to cooperate. Maintain effective communication with the team. Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace.
