Agro Bel System is engaged in the production of high-quality berry and stone fruits. The company was founded in 2016. It is located in an extraordinary location, near Belgrade and the highway in untouched nature with a beautiful view of Kosmaj and Bukulja, on 20 hectares of Agro Bel System plantations.

Due to the expansion of the scope of work, the company is announcing a job vacancy:

LOGISTICS MANAGER

CONDITIONS:

·         Qualification: Level 6/7.1 – traffic faculty

·         Minimum 3 years of work experience in logistics - in operational work

·         Advanced calling of MS Office suite

·         Knowledge of the English language at a conversational level is necessary

·         Driving license category B - active driver

·         Ability to organize and manage resources

·         Ability to make quick decisions

WORK TASKS:

·         Carrying out tasks related to the organization and coordination of transport in the country and abroad (import and export)

·         Monitoring of loading and unloading of goods

·         Preparation of necessary documentation for customs procedures

·         Monitoring the customs clearance procedure and cooperation with domestic and foreign forwarders

·         Preparation and sending of documentation to customs offices

·         Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations related to international trade

·         Organization of collective and solo transport of own vehicles

·         Timely and efficient communication with sectors within the company

·         Optimization of transport and customs clearance costs

·         Preparation of reports and analysis on logistics operations
