The Mitsis Group offers new jobs at the hotels of Alexander the Great in Halkidiki: Butcher A - Halkidiki Region: Halkidiki Type of Employment: Seasonal/Full time Ref: HO/ BUTCCH Purpose As a Butcher you will be responsible for the processing, preparation and storage of meat, fish, poultry and the organization of the department in accordance with the Group's regulations, Health & Safety rules and environmental requirements. Responsibilities Performs the processing & marinating of meat, fish, poultry according to the instructions of the Chef and the menus for the main and themed restaurants. Organizes the storage of meat and fish in the corresponding cold rooms. He implements the cleaning program of the department and takes particular care of the cleanliness of his post. Ensures the adequacy of consumables in accordance with the department's ordering schedule. Controls the proper use and maintenance of the department's equipment and machinery. Required Qualifications Training as a butcher. Knowledge and observance of all hygiene & safety rules. Desired experience of at least 1 year in a relevant department.
