Operator Data Entry

Job description: Checks and scans receipts and verbal reports from Posta Romana. Processes returns and confirmations of receipt. Processes return correspondence according to the specific instructions for each individual project (scanning, sorting, grouping, etc.). Checks orders in SAP from the point of view of material consumption and confirmed times. Performs material consumption on orders, confirms processing times, both on process orders and on orders of supply. Exports the processed data and sends the report created to the department involved. Prepares the processed envelopes/confirmations for delivery. Physical archiving according to the order and material codes of the envelopes/confirmations processed and kept in the custody of the company, according to ongoing contracts. Draws up the destruction reports and prepares the goods for destruction. Completes the Data Entry Record (online application) daily with the number of confirmations and returns received, processed and delivered.
