FOOD TECHNOLOGIST

(multiple executors)

Place of work: Dobanovci

Job Description:

Coordinates the work and leads the technological process in the kitchen,

Preparation of production orders containing specification of ingredients, method of preparation as well as technological parameters for each stage of the process,

Monitors automated processes, optimizes parameters depending on the properties of incoming raw materials,

Creates and controls the implementation of recipes in production,

Monitoring of legal regulations in the field of food safety,

High level of personal hygiene and work space.

Conditions:

Higher professional education VII degree - graduate technologist,

Minimum of 3 years of work in the same or similar jobs,

Use of MS Office packages.
