We are looking for an active and energetic person who is not afraid of new challenges and has a strong business and negotiating spirit. The product manager functions not only as technical support for colleagues in the sales and purchasing department, but must be able to correctly estimate customer needs and set trends. The person in this position therefore has the opportunity to participate to a large extent in the created sales strategy of the company._x000D_
What will you do?_x000D_
Negotiating with suppliers_x000D_
Determine trends, select products and suppliers, introduce new products_x000D_
Management of business activities of sacred products_x000D_
Analysis of results (turnover, margin, number of customers)_x000D_
Determine pricing and marketing strategy for a dedicated product portfolio_x000D_
Organize events for sellers and customers_x000D_
Competitor analysis and comparison and business reporting_x000D_
Co-responsibility for achieving the set strategic goals_x000D_
Sampling in stores, at customers (ensuring sample)_x000D_
Internal and external technical consultancy_x000D_
Training organization - internal and external_x000D_
Preparation of printed materials, catalogueů_x000D_
Fair visitors_x000D_
What do we expect?_x000D_
You can't do without an overview in the area of materials for the production of furniture, e.g. education in the furniture field - for example. from the field of interior design, purchase of laminate, etc._x000D_
This job requires good user knowledge of PC_x000D_
For your work, you will definitely need a good knowledge of MS Excel - you will work with larger volumes of data, therefore you will also use more complex functions and formulas, you will often come across a pivot table, but you will be able to learn a lot of things on the fly._x000D_
Willingness to learn new things and participate in innovative processes_x000D_
Good communication skills and willingness to travel_x000D_
An active, team-oriented and positive player who will be willing to cooperate with colleagues on joint projects_x000D_
Have a business drive and goal kick_x000D_
Knowledge of the English language at at least a slightly advanced level is necessary - you will need to negotiate with suppliers from Poland, Austria and other non-English speaking countries_x000D_
Another language is an advantage but not a necessity_x000D_
