An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Avant Mar with administrative, creative, and strategic tasks. Some of the responsibilities include: Work with the General Manager to analyse business performance and to assist in driving the business strategy for Sales & Marketing Attend any communications meetings to ensure awareness of all business aspects and to ensure that all relevant departments are aware of the current offering Be aware of competitor products and sales activities, including website and social media sites Inform General Manager of any commercial changes or threats Constantly compare the hotels’ offering against competitors and suggest product changes to General Manager Make recommendations for digital content and submit weekly pictures/stories for social media to our Digital Marketing partner Drive the promotional calendar for the food & Beverage operation reflecting key events throughout the year as well as required for the hotel Liaise with other departments to ensure the execution of events is planned, communicated and executed to promote the hotel Work closely with the General Manager to quickly understand the key drivers and local market dynamics of the business Take a proactive approach to generating new sales enquires, taking initiative to find new clients, following up leads and referrals and looking to generate prospects and appointments within the local and regional business community Deliver Sales Blitz activities, cold calls, Conversion days, follow up sales leads etc. to further enquiries and convert sales About you 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury hospitality or hotel industry. Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics, trends, and customer expectations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with hotel systems. Experience with social media marketing, email campaigns, and content creation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage high-end clientele. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Creative, proactive, and results-driven approach to marketing and sales. All candidates must speak Greek and have the right to work and live in Greece.
