Job description We are looking for an energetic and committed employee for our sales department. The role includes the development of Terndrup Taxa & Turistbusser's current customer directory, establishing new customer agreements and participating in the tender process. As an employee, together with the business owner, you will be responsible for pricing and handling offers for inquiries - both regarding smaller taxi trips, but also the company's offer of individual day trips, 2- and 3-day trips and foreign trips. As an employee in the company, it is a success criterion that you show an understanding that your decisions are prerequisites for the quality we deliver to the customer. We also expect you to be a team player with good collaboration skills who prioritize good teamwork. For this, it is essential that you have a natural approach, while you are welcoming and outgoing and good at communicating in Danish, English and/or German, as the tasks mainly consist of outreach by telephone, personal and written contact to current and new customers. Competences and qualifications Your educational background is not essential, but it is a prerequisite that you have a flair for outreach sales and marketing. At the same time, we expect you to be data-disciplined, since the company's booking system requires basic system knowledge in Windows. In conjunction with the above, we would like you to:

Thrives with daily contact with customers and suppliers per email and telephone.
Are detail-oriented in a busy everyday life with tight deadlines, where you work structured and solution-oriented.
Has a natural interest and respect for maintaining customer agreements, but at the same time sees potential in new and improved measures that strengthen the company's customer catalogue.
Is persistent and has the ability to maintain an overview for planning, coordination and organization in collaboration with the business owner as well as the other departments.
It is also a great advantage if you have experience with invoicing and order processing – including registration and follow-up of sales orders.
