Your duties include:
The guidance and coordination of your team
The daily control of the store's sales and stocks
The monitoring and coordination of payroll and HR issues
The evaluation and training of your team

Ensuring all the procedures defined by the company (e.g. setting up a shop window)
Ensuring adherence to schedules and targets
The daily control of the space with the aim of the excellent image of the store based on the company's standards
The organization and control of the fund
The creation of the weekly work schedule of the store you are responsible for
Monitoring the progress of monthly and annual goals
Monitoring building issues that may arise
If:
You have previous professional experience in the retail sector in a store assistant position for at least two years having coordinated a team of people (in the fashion sector it will be considered an advantage)
You have strong commercial ability
You have excellent communication skills
You like to keep up to date with the fashion industry
You are a lover of detail
You have computer skills
You are characterized by organization and order
Good command of the English language
Previous professional experience in opening a new store will be considered an advantage
