A' & B' Cooks (and Sushi Cook)

Avenue, a creative restaurant in Nea Paralia Thessaloniki, is looking for A' & B' Cooks for its kitchen, as well as a cook for the sushi section of the restaurant. At Avenue, the kitchen is a place of inspiration and the team works like a creative workshop, where ideas have value and every dish has its own story.Responsibilities:Preparation and execution of dishes, according to the restaurant's quality standards.Observance of all food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP).Management of raw materials - proper storage, freshness control and stock management.Cooperation and direct communication with the service for the smooth flow of orders and optimal customer service.Participation in the development of new dishes, seasonal proposals and specials menu. Organization and cleanliness of the station during and at the end of the shift. Ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets Avenue's appearance, taste and quality standards. For the sushi cook position: preparing sushi rice, cutting fish and vegetables, rolling techniques and care for the authenticity and freshness of each preparation. Necessary Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
