SERVICE WORKER

On behalf of a company dealing in the distribution of garage machinery, equipment and tools, we are looking for a new employee for the following position: SERVICE WORKER (with professional English) Requirements: Vocational qualification or experience: Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic systems is an advantage skill: Quick and efficient solution of complex technical problems., Customer-oriented approach: Helpful and empathetic attitude to meet customer needs. Tasks: 1. Warranty administration, Processing of customers' warranty requirements, preparation of documentation., Communication with manufacturers, procurement of necessary parts in order to settle warranty cases., , 2. Repair and maintenance, Repair, maintenance and testing of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic machines., Condition assessment and troubleshooting of machines during on-site and site visits., , 3. Assessing the need for spare parts, compiling a purchase list, Determining the need for parts required for repairs., Keeping stock up to date, making accurate purchase lists, optimizing stocks., , 4. Technical support for our customers, Professional advice to customers by phone, e-mail or in person., Providing installation, commissioning and operational support for machines., , 5. Optimizing repair processes, A continuous analysis and development of servicing workflows., Development of more effective tools and procedures for faster and more precise repairs., , 6. Documentation, Accurate management of repair worksheets, preparation of error lists., Full administration of service processes, compilation of reports for management., , 7. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) management, Coordination of return and exchange of defective or non-compliant products with manufacturers and with customers., Checking the condition of the returned devices and documenting the administration., , 8.
