Security, Fire, BMS Systems Technician/Engineer

You will participate in technical visits with representatives of the client (and/or other subcontractors) to determine the appropriate technical solutions; You will review the technical data received from the client and/or subcontractors for analysis and synthesis; You will provide support to the team in the development of service offers and BMS projects; You will configure and install Building Management System (BMS) systems for intelligent buildings; implement control systems for lighting, ventilation / heating and various automations; You will make the connection of the equipment in the switchboards, putting them into operation and programming them accordingly; You will optimize the efficiency of the activities of subordinate staff, ensuring the appropriate distribution of tasks and resources; monitor the performance of activities in accordance with the plans and deadlines established by the contract; You will inspect the technical execution documentation and communicate if changes or additions are necessary; You will identify the most effective technical and economic solutions and implement them; You will coordinate the transmission of the necessary documentation to both work teams, as well as the client; You will perform random checks of the quality of materials and purchased products; You will direct the execution of route and cabling works, the delivery of specific equipment and their assembly, in accordance with the approved project; You will mount the equipment according to the technical specifications, ensuring the designed functionality; You will supervise the execution of the works to ensure that they comply with quality standards and current norms; You will follow the progress of the works on the graph and you will alert the management in case of delays, proposing appropriate measures; You will periodically report to the management the physical progress of the works; You will lead the commissioning process of the facilities, performing the 72-hour endurance test and training the beneficiary's staff, followed by handing over the user manuals; You will prepare the receipt documents, keeping one copy and distributing another to the client; You will be responsible for handing over the completed objective to the beneficiary upon completion of the work; You will organize the reception of the completed objective and participate in the procedure of reception; You will maintain the development of activities in alignment with the established contractual plans and deadlines.
