Plant production technologist

fixed-term employment relationship    

(with the possibility of establishing an employment relationship for an indefinite period of time)      

- 2 executors - 

     Plant production technologist performs the following tasks:

is responsible for the organization and execution of all work in plant production entrusted to him by the manager (basic tillage, land preparation, sowing, crop protection, harvesting and transportation of goods from the plots to the warehouse) in accordance with the adopted production plan;

is responsible for properly keeping official records of completed works for each operation that is kept in the electronic field book, as well as for quality control thereof; 

participates in the development of technological procedures and in drawing up operational plans, controls and monitors their implementation;

takes care of the maintenance of land ownership boundaries and facilities of the production unit;

systematically monitors plant diseases and pests on plots and accordingly cooperates with the chief plant protection technologist;

submits daily, weekly, monthly and other reports;

when performing all operations, he is obliged to be present on the plot and perform permanent control of the execution of operations;

performs field work in all organizational parts where agricultural production is carried out.

    Necessary conditions for performing tasks:

 VII degree of professional education - Faculty of Agriculture, major: arable farming;

 at least 2 years of work experience in managing the production of plant crops;

 knowledge of computer programs, especially mastery of the MS Office package, with an emphasis on Excel;

 category B driver's license.
