Job Description
- performance of all duties of the head of the travel agency
- receiving and responding to passenger inquiries (e-mail, social networks, phone inquiries, etc.)
- presentation of the Agency's services (e-mail, social networks, telephone inquiries, etc.)
- organization and reservation of services for passengers (accommodation, transportation, meals, rent-a-car, air karate, etc. as needed)
- creation of a plan (weekly/monthly/yearly) on the maintenance and management of social networks and the Agency's website (Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok...)
- creation, collection and publication of content for website and social network needs
- participation in organizing congresses, seminars and other events organized by the Agency
- administrative tasks - keeping prescribed records
- other jobs according to the order of the Employer
