Imployii is a global job and visa document platform that connects job seekers with employers across international markets. By using our platform, you agree to accept these Terms of Service in full.

Job Seeker Terms

• We do not sponsor or apply for visas on your behalf
• We do not guarantee job offers or employment outcomes
• Paid features include: messaging services, language courses, and video CV creation
• Visa files are user-submitted; accuracy and completeness are your responsibility

Employer Terms

• Employers must provide legal, truthful job offers
• We provide tools and trust systems only - hiring decisions remain yours
• After 3 free hires, pricing is €49/hire or €89.99/month
• Employer abuse will be blocked and reported to relevant authorities

Payments & Refunds

• Payments are non-refundable after service begins
• Stripe handles all transactions securely
• No refunds for completed document processing or visa preparation

AI and Automation Disclaimer

• We use AI (Franchesca) to assist with automation, outreach, scoring, and fraud detection
• AI is not legal advice - users may request human support when needed

User Conduct & Platform Suspension

We may suspend users, agents, or employers for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

No Liability for User Behavior

Imployii is not responsible for employer or job seeker conduct, visa outcomes, or financial loss between parties.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for disruption caused by wars, government actions, visa changes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

GDPR + Privacy

• We comply fully with GDPR regulations
• Users may request deletion or download of personal data

Cookies & Tracking

Cookie policy is in place. Users consent by continuing usage of the platform.

Jurisdiction

• Imployii is registered in Poland
• All disputes shall be resolved in Warsaw courts
