Transport Agent - Gentlemen

Daily coordination of the team of delivery drivers from the warehouse, to ensure delivery correctly, in accordance with the procedures, in order to obtain the most efficient results; Establishing/maintaining collaborative relationships with carriers approved by the Company, to ensure the necessary transport resources and guarantee deliveries on time; Reports to the head of the warehouse and the head of the car convoy the problems that arise: product returns, technical defects, road incidents, etc. delivery procedures are known and respected; Assists the warehouse manager in recruiting delivery drivers; Schedules subordinates' vacations; Maintains permanent contact with the sales team, PC operators, warehouse staff, in order to have the correct information about the delivery process; Salary package & Benefits: - Monthly gross salary: 6068 RON, equivalent to a net monthly salary of 3550 RON; - Monthly bonus: 500 RON for the achievement 100% of the established performance objectives; - Meal vouchers - 40 RON/day; - Transport provided from the Pacii metro station to the work point + settlement of the Metrorex/STB subscription; - Private medical insurance; - Christmas and Easter bonuses.
