THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Dynamic and eager to learn new things; Category B driver's license and availability for field trips; Good negotiator, persuasive, well organized; Previous experience in the field of construction materials; Orientation towards objectives and the ability to attract and exceed sales quotas; PC skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES: Presenting, promoting and selling products in accordance with the standards and commercial policies of the company; Analyzing the requirements of potential beneficiaries; Particularizing the offer of products and services for each potential beneficiary; Negotiating and concluding contracts; Ensuring pre- and post-sales consulting services for beneficiaries; Carrying out product presentations, technical presentations and demonstrations, where applicable the case; Intensive and active participation in the achievement of the qualitative and quantitative objectives of the team to reach the sales target; Monitoring the development and completion of contracts; preparing activity reports.
