Job Description
Responsibilities: Build and strengthen relationships with designers, developers, investors and large installers, promoting the company's solutions as preferred in their projects; Develop and implement strategies to win projects in the assigned area; Facilitate the integration of the company's products into the technical specifications of projects; Carries out lobbying activities to increase brand and solution recognition in the project market; Participates in relevant industry events and collaborates with partners to support promotional initiatives. Supports technical and commercial presentations tailored to the needs of each project and beneficiary; Monitors the market to identify new opportunities, including residential, commercial and industrial projects; Works in tandem with distributor relations persons to ensure availability and delivery of products to managed projects. Negotiate terms commercial within the limits of the authority, ensuring the achievement of the sales objectives; Gathers information about competitors' activities, market developments and future trends and transmits feedback and suggestions to the internal team to improve the solutions offered, thus contributing to the adjustment and development of strategies of the company; Develops monthly, quarterly and annual activity plans, prioritizing actions to achieve the established goals; Ensures technical and commercial support, facilitating the rapid resolution of problems and contributing to increasing customer satisfaction. Qualifications, experiences, skills: Relevant experience In B2B sales, preferably in the field of construction, HVAC, installations or building materials. Excellent relationship and communication skills, with experience interacting with designers, developers and installers. Technical knowledge in the field of construction, combining a consultative approach with results orientation. Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Availability for frequent travel in the Moldova area. Strategic planning and organization of sales activities. Relationship and building lasting relationships with clients. Orientation toward results and client satisfaction. Relevant higher studies and Understanding HVAC products is an advantage. Adaptability to market changes and focus on customer needs.
