Payroll Coordinator Description On behalf of our manufacturing partner in Kecskemét, we are looking for a colleague for the position of Payroll Coordinator. Payroll Coordinator Duties Support of payroll and labor processes, Daily contact with the outsourced payroll, Daily contact with employees, customer reception, Periodic control of attendance data in the working time registration system, Management and organization of employment and lung screening suitability tests, Contact with labor hire companies, Preparation of documents and tests necessary to establish employment for new employees, new employees integration support, Preparation of contract amendments related to employees, management of job descriptions, Expectations TB and payroll administrator qualification, At least 3 years of payroll experience, Up-to-date knowledge of legislation, MS Office (Excel, Word) knowledge, NexonBér and Nexon4 knowledge, Good communication skills in English What we offer Exciting, varied tasks, Supportive and youthful team, Continuous professional development opportunity, Competitive salary and benefits package, 13th and 14th monthly salary, Innovative environment, Flexible office work schedule.
