Monitor inventory levels and notify management of restocking needs. Adherence to hygiene, safety and cleanliness protocols (HACCP standards / Analytical Description of Critical Control Points). Team Collaboration: Work with waiters, kitchen staff and management to ensure a smooth flow of service. Support in training new cooks and menu development Required Qualifications: Experience & Knowledge: Prior experience in focus desired . Professional Skills: Speed, accuracy, creativity, inventory management, compliance with health regulations. Service & Behavior: Excellent communication skills, team spirit, courtesy, professionalism.
