Brief description of the company ABC Human Capital is the natural consequence of the experience gained by the founder of the company, in this vast, complex, challenging, constantly moving and changing field of human resources. The year 2005 represented the moment of the realization of an ideal: the founding of a recruitment and executive search agency that offers its clients both recruitment and headhunting consultancy, as well as the entire range of services related to human capital. We successfully adapt the new trends in the field of Human Resources and we creatively use the opportunities offered by the economic environment to achieve the commercial and communication targets of our partners. Our activity translates into intelligent solutions based on complete and complex databases, web applications, information and socialization portals, test batteries designed and implemented together with each of the partners, online marketing campaigns and headhunting. Requirements - General professional experience of at least 8 years in the field of construction and -Experience in managing a large design team;-Intermediate/expert skills in the use of MS Office programs, including MS Project;-Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks/projects-Graduate of the faculty of architecture / technical faculties in the field of constructions-Proven experience of at least 3 years on a similar position-Experience in tendering for public works is an advantage; Formal certification as a Project Manager (is an advantage).-Revit-AutoCAD-Knowledge of working in the BIM system MS Project-Microsoft Suite (Office 365 - Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, etc).-Driver's license cat. B-Knowledge - Romanian Language - Fluent (written, spoken) English - Fluent (written, spoken), other foreign languages; Responsibilities Prepare and organize the activity plan within the projects, ensuring the allocation of the necessary resources to achieve the set objectives; Coordination of design teams (internal/ external) in accordance with the requirements of the project, the internal regulations and procedures of the company.ï‚· Ensures effective communication between the different departments and teams involved in the project, as well as with clients and subcontractors;ï‚· Monitors the progress of the projects, in relation to the established deadlines and reports the development stage to the technical director;ï‚· Identifies potential risks and proposes measures to reduce the impact (action plans); ï‚· Follows compliance with contractual requirements and the objectives requested by clients; ï‚· Collaborates with the entire project team to resolve and adhere to contractual deadlines; ï‚· Performs documentation verification received from third parties, for all specialties related to the project.ï‚· Ensures compliance with the rules in force regarding the establishment of technical solutions within the projects;ï‚· Respects the budget of hours allocated to the project for the Architecture team - within the project for which he is responsible;ï‚· Adapts, if necessary, the structure of the project to facilitate collaboration and communication;ï‚· Participates/plans project reviews and communicates relevant information regarding project progress to interested parties. Regularly informs management about project status, potential risks and measures to mitigate their impact in project development
