Accounting technician

The tasks of our new colleague will be
- supports the work of those working in the IT systems in the sections assigned to its competence
- keeps in constant contact with the organizational units entrusted with the tasks within its scope of activity, thereby ensuring the sharing of knowledge between sections
- participates in the tasks arising in connection with settlements and affecting the key users of the management
- in the SAP PM maintenance module, on the basis of the basic data provided by the employee designated for data provision of the relevant organizational units, if necessary, records the orders for unplanned maintenance with capacity limitation (IP04), unplanned maintenance (IP05), operation (IP06), as well as IP21 and IP22
- records the staffing plan approved and prepared by the superior professional manager by the deadline in the SAP HR system
- in the Basware system, if necessary, records general material orders based on the needs of the sections
- at the end of the month, checks that the working hours have been recorded in the correct UTK codes, makes corrections as necessary
- participation in the operation of a priority railway line
What is needed to fill the job role
- secondary school qualification - high school diploma / technical school
Depending on the tasks to be performed, you need:
- SAP HR module (role planning) course and authorization
- SAP PM module course and authorization
- SAP RE-FX module course and authorization
- SAP MM module (material management) course and authorization
- BASWARE system course and authorization
- work and fire protection knowledge
- knowledge of applicable laws, standards, regulations and internal instructions affecting your field of expertise
- labor law knowledge
- user-level knowledge of office and IT applications
- 1 year of professional experience
