We are looking for skilled and experienced dispatchers!
Requirements and skills:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a dispatcher in the US transportation industry is a must!
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
Excellent time management, communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving and negotiation skills.
Flexibility and reliability
Knowledge of Spanish preferred
Work in the second shift, from the office in Novi Sad - there is no option to work from home!

Responsibilities:
Building a cooperative approach and relationship with drivers and brokers.
Close cooperation with other departments
Monitoring of loading and unloading
Troubleshoot tours
Responsibility for providing outstanding service
Work on achieving and maintaining the company's goals
