We are announcing a competition for the position:

CIVIL ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

Organization, planning, implementation of activities within the Technical Maintenance sector of existing restaurants, in cooperation with the internal technical team and external collaborators

Organization, planning, implementation of activities within the Investment and Architecture sector

Daily cooperation with clients, contractors, subcontractors, regular monitoring and reconciliation of requests

Creation of weekly and monthly dynamic plans, reports

Monitoring and compliance with contractual obligations, deadlines, activities and processes during all phases of project implementation

Checking and determining the correctness of the subcontractor's construction books and calculation of works on the construction sites of new restaurants

Preparation of construction books and calculation of performed works

Proper management of construction site documentation during the realization of construction works of new restaurants

Preparation of final calculations after the handover of the performed works

Cooperation with all sectors in society with the aim of timely and high-quality implementation of tasks

Required qualifications and skills:

VII degree of construction direction

Knowledge of working in AutoCad

Knowledge of working with calculation programs

Category B driver's license

Knowledge of the English language is desirable

Knowledge of applicable laws, technical regulations and regulations in the field of construction

Minimum of 3 years of work in the same or similar jobs

Systematic and analytical in work
