Host / Hostess (Athens & Antiparos)

The Cookoovaya restaurant, included for the last seven years in the list of recommended restaurants of the Michelin guide, is looking for partners for its stores in Athens and Antiparos. The chef - owner Periklis Koskinas, cooks with moderation and abstraction, with fresh local products and centering on simplicity and balance.
Necessary qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in similar restaurants or 5-star hotels
- Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of a second language will be appreciated
- Knowledge of reservation management software
- Computer knowledge
- Communicative, dynamic and pleasant character
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers in the restaurant area
- Recording, management and coordination of reservations
- Excellent knowledge and presentation to customers of the restaurant's philosophy
- Maintain department health and safety regulations
- Creating a harmonious environment among the restaurant staff
