Job Description
1. Management of customer complaints2. Monthly reporting of internal quality complaints and corrective actions3. Support to production and process engineers in the analysis of defects and the implementation of corrective actions4. Develop and provide support in the analysis of production processes (PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, PDCA)5. Update the quality documents following the implemented changes6. Performs internal audits according to planning7. Support for process engineers in the analysis of the problems that have arisen with regard to detection systems8. Continuous improvement of detection and control methods
