Settlement Engineer (construction site)

Job description Develops and prepares the work situation for the ongoing construction project, in accordance with the existing contractual clauses (centralizers, quotations, resource extracts, attachments), within the established deadlines, based on the information received from the Execution department. Main and same responsibilities the technical requirements of the project (plans, details, specifications, memorandum, material specifications, lists of quantities; Study and check the Technical Execution Project and ensure its comparison with the project from the bidding phase; Check the lists of quantities received from the designer and compare them with those in the tendering; prepares the work situations and other documents necessary for the settlement of the works, based on the sketches and calculations received from the Site; records the monthly quantities of works carried out/per month/cumulative both in terms of quantity and value; Centralizes monthly the documentation developed for the technical book of the construction requested for settlement and prepares the file for the justification of the quantities requested for settlement in relation to the execution phases; in the situation in which, during the execution of the works, additional works or works that are necessary to give up, prepares the necessary documentation for the Project Manager's decision and follows the implementation of the changes; Checks the work situations sent by the subcontractors by comparison with the situations sent by the company to the beneficiary.
