Cooks B' - Corfu

The company Louis Hotels SA, with many years of presence in tourism and one of the largest companies in the field in Greece and Cyprus, is looking for partners for the following position, for its hotels in Corfu. Cooks B Responsibilities Setting up and replenishing the stations with all the necessary supplies Preparing dishes for serving (e.g. cutting vegetables, slicing meats or preparing sauces) Preparing menu items in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen staff Responding, being accountable and following the instructions of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef Cleaning the station and tidying up the leftover food. Adequate storage of supplies Ensure food is served simultaneously, with high quality and in a timely manner Comply with food regulations, hygiene and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers Qualifications Culinary school degree Demonstrated experience in cooking with similar requirements Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, materials, equipment and processes Accuracy and speed in completing assigned tasks.
