LAWYER (For construction companies)​
General Description:
The lawyer is responsible for covering all legal aspects of the company's activity, except for representation in court. The position includes formulating contracts and ensuring they comply with applicable laws, as well as maintaining relationships with state agencies to obtain necessary licenses and permits.
Main Responsibilities:
Drafting and review of contracts covering various aspects of the company's operations, including contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Advising senior managers on legal matters related to partnerships and agreements with third parties.
Management of relations with state agencies for supervision of licensing and permit processes.
Ensuring that the company complies with all legal requirements for construction, including standards for licenses and safety regulations.
Archiving and storage of legal documentation related to the company's activity.
Qualifications and Requirements:
University degree in Law
In-depth knowledge of Albanian legislation, with a focus on the construction sector and contractual law. (not necessarily from construction)
Excellent contract drafting skills and clear legal communication.
Car license is essential for movement needs.
Required skills:
Strong presentation and articulation skills to represent the company in front of state institutions and important partners.
Flexibility and ability to manage different tasks simultaneously.
Experience in cooperation and negotiations with third parties and state institutions.
