We are currently looking for a new member of our team, in the position:
Bookkeeper.
Debts:
Control of correctness and accuracy of bookkeeping documentation
Posting of all business changes in the company
Control of posted business changes and responsibility for posting them
Monitoring and implementation of legal regulations in the field of accounting, finance and foreign trade
Compiles and completes statistical reports submitted by competent statistical authorities
Participation in the drafting of general acts in the financial and accounting field
Participation in the preparation of the final account
Organization, coordination of periodic and annual censuses, compilation of reports on the census and implementation of registration of census results
Calculation, formation of the tax return and payment of VAT within the legal term
Control of the difference in goods-warehouse and financial bookkeeping and their reconciliation
Communicates with other sectors in order to obtain missing documentation and resolve ongoing issues
Settlement of balances with all clients (customers, suppliers, banks, tax administration, etc.)
Cooperation and contact with banks, tax administration, insurance companies and other competent institutions

Conditions:
Chartered Accountant's License
Minimum of 5 (five) years of work experience in the position of accountant
Knowledge of tax and accounting regulations and standards
Experience in preparing the final account is an advantage
Experience working in Pantheon software
Knowledge of the SEF portal and electronic invoicing
Responsibility, precision, systematicity and commitment to work
Willingness to work in a team, communicative
