Responsibilities:

Preparation and cooking of dishes according to established standards and recipes.

Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment.

Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Preparation of ingredients and basic ingredients for cooking.

Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.

Compliance with all regulations on food safety and hygiene.

Qualifications:

Experience working in a kitchen, preferably as an assistant cook.

Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and hygiene standards.
