Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel's front desk, guest services, housekeeping, drivers and maintenance team. Ensure that all guest needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue. Monitor and manage departmental budgets and expenses. Train and supervise staff members to ensure they are providing exceptional service to guests. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with other department heads to ensure the hotel is running smoothly and efficiently. Stay current on industry trends and implement new practices to improve the overall guest experience. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager Qualifications 2 years of experience in a Rooms Division Manager position or/and 3-5 years’ experience in front desk supervising positions. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in hotel management software and systems. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred. Excellent command of all Microsoft Office software. Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
