Head of the production unit

The company Wacker Neuson Kragujevac d.o.o. is part of the international group Wacker Neuson SE, with headquarters in Munich, Germany, which is engaged in the production of construction machines and all mechanical equipment needed in the construction industry. The Wacker Neuson group brings together the following brands: Wacker Neuson, Krammer and Weidemann. With 50 branches and over 150 sales and service stations, the group employs more than 6,000 employees. Production and development centers are located in Germany, Austria, the United States of America, Serbia and China.

Wacker Neuson Kragujevac d.o.o. has existed since 2007 and currently has around 550 employees. Production is based on the production of key components for construction machines, i.e. welded structures.

Head of the production unit

Job Description:

Process management and people management within the production unit

Cooperation with customers and negotiation of annual deliveries and product prices

Cooperation and coordination with all support sectors and management reporting 

Responsibility for quality and product quality assurance

Forecasting target deadlines and making savings proposals through Kaizen

Delegation of tasks and supervision of production within the lines

Budget management and production cost planning

Responsibility for delivery deadlines

Allocation of resources in accordance with demand and sales plan

Implementation of the Kanban process in accordance with production rules and procedures

Necessary conditions for application:

Excellent knowledge of production processes

Leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of the English language 

Working on a computer (MS Office, SAP)
